Often, when people visit this site, they ask me, Why the funny name? Well, simply because, it sticks to peoples minds. I have no idea what a pickled hedgehog would look like, nor would I want to know. I have no idea where I got the thought of this domain name from, but I like it, its funny.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently, this site will not be updated frequently, due to some ... legal issues with my previous employers. They have (illegally) decided not to pay me my leaving pay, because they think this website is their property, and they even went on to claim that everything on this site is considered a press release from them and I should remove it. They also want the source code. They have even gone to pathetic lengths such as to refuse to give me a reference, and to refuse to hand over the first aid certificate that I have obtained while working for them.
Anyone who has an IQ higher than a fridge magnet knows that this isn't so, that the law dosent work like this, and they are just sore losers because I decided to leave them.
This site is basically about my personal .net projects outside of what I do in my job - from messing around with plugin-based URL rewriting engines, to, code generators. My coding might not be the best around - sometimes it might just plain suck, but sometimes I manage to hit the nail right on the head, usually with my thumb. I will learn, eventually. My main purpose of this site is for me to A) show my coding skills to people, and B) hopefully someone will learn from me. Im a VERY firm believer in eating your own dogfood (so to speak) - most, if not all of the utils here I use pretty much all the time...I even log bugs against myself.
I am Muntedhar Alhakim, or as many have come to know me as Monty (among alot of very rude things). I have been "messing" around (Learning, honest) with the .net framework since beta 1 (boy those were the days!) and iv been doing .net commercially for just over 2 years now. I would say I know quite alot, but, as soon as I say that, im gunna come up alot of things that I have no idea about. All of my knowledge about .net has been self taught, I have never been on a course for .net.
